Job Description:
Company requires a Functional Analyst to support the PeopleSoft HCM Application upgrade from version 9.0 to version 9.2.
Company will be upgrading the PeopleSoft HCM application which includes Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Candidate Gateway, TAM (Talent Acquisition Management), and Self Service modules currently operating for Active Employees and Retiree Health Benefits.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of Seven (7) years' experience with at least 1 year of 9.2 experience working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Client, ESS, Performance Management and Profile Management and worked as a HCM functional lead in 3+ PeopleSoft (9.0 and above) implementations and/or upgrade
2. Must have completed at least one (1) PeopleSoft HCM application upgrade from 8.9 or 9.0 to version 9.2 as a primary upgrade functional analyst
3. Experience in interfacing with various cross functional teams to refine requirements and advise on best practices
4. Experience in performing Fit-Gap Analysis, Conduct Walk-thru Sessions and Proof of Concept sessions on the new 9.2 functionality for Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Client, ESS, Performance Management and Profile Management with the business users and Subject Matter Experts.
5. Experience in participating in the Keep/Drop decisions based on compare report results, and construct application flows for core Business processes, and create functional design for specific application customizations / enhancements including interfaces and reports.
6. Experience in providing full life-cycle support in requirements definition, system analysis, configuration, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, training, change management and production stabilization support
7. Must be Proficient with SQL or PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data.
8. Must have strong writing skills and be able to create/update training materials using UPK
9. Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, making presentations before groups and committees, and working and/or leading effectively and cooperatively with staff and management.
10. Demonstrated skill in analysis and problem solving including determining priorities, producing fully developed quality recommendations to decision makers.
11. Ability and experience in training PS HCM modules 9.2 applications and delta.
12. Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, making presentations before groups and committees, and working and/or leading effectively and cooperatively with staff and management
13. Experience in interfacing with various cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools, such as VISTA Plus, LRS products etc.
2. Working experience and understanding of PeopleSoft Tools (v 8.54)
3. Certified in Oracle
4. Experience in PS Process Scheduler Tool
