Location       : San Antonio, TX

 

Experience level : 8-10 years.

 

1)      Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace. Experience customizing WDE using 
          C#))

2)      C#, Prism, Genesys eServices, Genesys routing, Genesys SDK

3)      Configured tool for incoming call center environment

4)       Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following either of one

5)      Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal)

6)      Experienced with  (email) – mandatory

 

( 2 ) 

Position   : Genesys framework 

Location  :  Hartford, Connecticut

Skill set  :

1.       Genesys framework

2.       Routing

3.       GVP

4.       Composer

 GVP IVR application development and composer development.

Experience –  7 to 9 years

( 3 ) 

Position   : PEGA Consultant CSSA

Location   : Phoenix , AZ

Skill set    :

. CSSA Certification is mandatory

. Hands on experience in PEGA

(4 ) 

Position  : SPLUNK Admin

Location  : Phoenix , AZ

Skill set  :

      Hands on Experience as SPLUNK Admin.            

- Design, support and maintain Splunk cluster infrastructure in a highly available, geo-redundant configuration

- Standardized Splunk agent deployment, configuration and maintenance across a variety of Linux ,Windows and Hadoop platforms--

Position    : .Net Technical Lead ( Contract 2 Hire )

Location   :  Fort Lauderdale Florida

JD	Senior Software Engineer(Mid Range) Profile equivalent to TL role in Infosys required for being part of the Scrum team and is able to handle technical initiatives independently in Dot Net Platform. Should also be able to provide solutions to various technical problems.
Mandatory skills	Technology stack includes C#.NET, DB2/SQL, WCF, XML Technologies(XML/XSL/XSD), WCF Security, Multi Threading.
Good to have skills	·         Knowledge of IaaS platform and automated build and deployment tools like Jenkins/LARA. ·         Knowledge of Windows application servers ·         Any AGILE experience would be an additional advantage.
