Position: QA Tester
Location: Salt Lake City-UT
Duration: Long Term
Overall Exp. (in years) : 8 years +
Top 3-5 skills & min. year experience required for each :
-- Define Interoperability across systems, processes and methods,
-- Designs and develops test framework and test standards
-- Develops Test strategies
-- Design QA Roadmap
-- Drives test quality across all disciplines, providing guidance, feedback, and suggestions to improve test practices across an entire engineering team
-- Collaborate with process and data model to create QA lifecycle
-- Design QA software delivery intake process with cycle time offsets and criteria to promote code changes through the release process into production
-- Reviews Testing Tools and provides recommendation
-- Research and suggest improved methods & metrics for test effectiveness and to achieve higher product quality
-- Maintains a big picture view of Intermountain Application ecosystem, dependencies, organizational goals, technologies in order to help testing organization with test planning and test coverage.
-- Good communication & teamwork skills; good exposure to test methodologies, test estimates
-- Strong experience on handling client
-- 8+ years of experience
