16 POSITIONS –

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the analysis of complex business problems and ensuring the development of well-defined procedures and mainframe programs in the delivery of practical solutions. Responsibilities include:

Performs all responsibilities commensurate with the management function.
Responsible for technical training, mentoring, and providing input into performance evaluations.
Provides a leadership role in day-to-day operations.
Provides leadership in day to day operations;
Oversees monitoring and tuning of system software; provides assistance with solving technical issues and recommending solutions that utilize current and developing technologies; Utilize vendor support structures to diagnose failures and implement full problem resolution procedures;
Assist staff and customers in the utilization of software components;
Respond to problems reported and assist in resolution.
Analyze potential software and products for applicability and utilization within the corporate structure and make recommendations for purchase;
Provide expertise on technical, functional and business topics during the development and implementation of automated systems;
Recruit interview, hire and retain a skilled staff.
Assign tasks, supervise, mentor, and complete or provide input for performance evaluations.
Provide technical training and career development to staff.
Estimate, manage and track activities to a timeline.
Facilitate effective meetings.
