Vectorsoft LLC has immediate requirements for the below roles. These are Full time positions based at our off-shore office in Hyderabad, AP working on night shifts between 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST.

Job Requirement:
Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter (1-3 Years Exp)
Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Candidates who are in US IT Staffing with extensive experience.
• Responsible for handling End to End Recruitment & Bench Placement process
• Should be able to source candidates for our clients from various Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry.
• He / She must be able to work as per US Eastern Standard Time Zone
• The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in the Staffing Industry.
• Should have good experience in working with Implementer & Direct Clients (W2 experience).
• Should have worked with H1B, Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Should understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp and 1099.
• Have experience on placing C2C, C2H and Full-time positions.
• Should be Technically Strong.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Should have very good organizational skills.
• Can-Do and Will-Do attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
