Job Description:

• Need an experienced IT Recruiter with US staffing/Bench Sales experience of 2-5  years, with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
• Work with candidate on inputting the key skills in that area and candidate's comfort on those skills.
• Create a skill matrix by working with the candidate.
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors.
• Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities.

 

Desired Profile:

• 2+years' experience in US IT Recruitments.
• Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
• Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have sales and recruiting experience.
• Bachelors or Master's degree required.
• Work from Home
