Incentive Compensation, Oracle E-Business Suite - Fusion preferred EBS acceptable but not preferred

Ø Have you implemented a full lifecycle Oracle Incentive Compensation project before?
Ø Will you be able to build 2-5 compensation plans, test, and Go Live, in 3-4 months?
Description:
· Need someone with previous Incentive Compensation skills / SME (Fusion preferable, EBS acceptable but not preferred) to assist the team bring the project to Go Live
· Nice to have resource during November 2015 comp plan revamp with the business
· Required to have resource 12/2015 through 04/2016 to meet April 1 Go Live
· Need this person to be able to setup 1-5 plans within the time period for rollout April 1, including leading Requirements gathering workshops with the business, setting up and training new users on the system, running through CRP1, CRP2, UAT test cycles, and provide Go Live support.
· Leadership and management skills
Deliverables:
· Detailed Requirements document
· Setup document
· Test scripts
· Training documentation (have internal resource who can assist)
