Job Description:
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Developer will be responsible for server-side development.
· Developer will interpret the business requirements, functional specifications and develop solutions using Java and Spring technologies.
· Effectively works and communicates with Business Analyst, QA, DBA's to understand the issues and requirements.
Skills :
· Must have a minimum of 8+ years of Java development experience.
· Must have experience in back-end server development and hands on experience with Spring framework.
· Experience in SOA and Webservices development.
· Experience with middleware and messaging technologies.
· Should have experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
· Must possess strong knowledge of design patterns and practices.
· Solid knowledge of SQL, RDBMSs preferably Oracle will be a plus.
· Experience with ORM frameworks & web frameworks.
· Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
· Excellent Team player.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS YEARS
· 10+ years in Java technologies
· 6 years in Spring Framework, design patterns
· 5 years in SQL
· 4 years in Webservices and Rest services
· 4 years in Front-end frameworks - AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS
NICE TO HAVE:
· SOA architecture
· Eclipse IDE, Maven, Subversion
· Experience with JMS framework & MQ
Educational Requirements
· BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
