Job Description:
Senior Telecom Analyst with proven experience implementing and supporting Cisco voice comm equipment in a VoIP environment. Ability to develop and implement test plans and maintain technical documentation required. Must have user training experience, specifically around processes & procedures, and experience mentoring team members. Cisco UCCX, VoIP, Verint, Unity Connections. PMP certification preferred.
