Please find the below requirement.

 

Role: Network Design Engineer

Location     : Middletown, NJ

Duration     : 6+Months

 

Protocol level testing experience in L3 (Routing)  -   OSPF, BGP, QoS, Traffic engg, Multicast.

Testing experience in Cisco CRS Routers (Cisco Carrier Routing System)  preferably in core/edge networks

Experience with traffic generators like Spirent/IXIA

Designing, implementation of  Voice Aware Network (VAN).The VAN is the IP transport infrastructure for the VoIP traffic.

Using different layer-2 & 3 technologies and hardware. Which includes RSTP, port-channels, layer-2 mitigation methods, OSPF, MPLS, BGP, Quality of Service (QoS) etc. Hardware like Cisco OSR 7613, GSR 1216, Catalyst 6509 and Juniper M320.

Responsible of VAN design and implementation Most of World (MoW) that includes sites in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Testing and deployment of Juniper routers MX960, and M320.

Use of Spirent and IXIA test centre to generate traffic stream for performance measurement, QoS verification, network troubleshooting, proof of concept etc.

Use of Spirent/IXIA test centre for generating emulated/simulated routers and routes for L3 routing protocol
