Required Skills and Qualifications
Duties and Accountabilities:
· Technical problem resolution, critical thinking around development approach, tradeoff resolution, code reviews/QA
· Support the approach and delivery scope/effort estimation/team definition of future projects
· Translate client requirements into technical designs and architecture
· Design and implement customer engagement strategies to support multi-site, multi-channel, multilingual delivery environments
· Provide solutions for digital consumer experiences based on the foundational Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX/CRXDE, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration
· Offer solutions on top of the Adobe WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration modules
· Define implementation processes, quality gates and standards
· Define best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution
· Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
· Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.
· Effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations.
· Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives at a program level
· Develop AEM templates and workflows leveraging current AEM6 releases using JPS/.ASPX; AEM6 Components/widgets, J2EE skill set.
· Adopt and utilize iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested
Specific Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field
· 10+ years of relevant IT industry experience in implementing CMS solutions
· 5+ Experience in AEM application development
· Certified AEM architect
· Advanced experience with AEM architecture, best practices, and coding standards
· Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
· Knowledge of SEO, Search algorithms, Taxonomy Development, information security, Information Supply Channels and Enterprise integration techniques
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management and analytical/problem solving abilities
