Job Title: Scrum Master (Certified)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Skills Required - Good knowledge on SCRUM process - Azure IaaS and PaaS Knowledge - Project management skills
Project Background:
· The client is moving IT applications from the on-Premises to the cloud (Azure) using a combination of Iaas and Paas.
· The resource should have background executing technical projects on the Microsoft platform and be comfortable to ramp up on Azure (Iaas/Paas)
Responsibilities:
· Work with the Stakeholders to collect requirement, build product backlog and prioritize features.
· For the team so that the team delivers user stories at a consistent pace.
· Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
· Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
· Develop relevant metrics that help the team see how they are progressing and provide management insight regarding the performance of the team.
· Communicate project status to all internal stakeholders and continuously
Job Requirement
· Please note that this role has been elevated to high priority with the addition of certified scrum master candidates having experience on Agile process.
