Description for this role is below.

Job Description
This is a Managed Services position to provide functional as well as technical expertise to troubleshoot issues within CC&B and its interfaces - namely field work, billing, payments, bill print, credit and collections etc.
 
Must Have:
- Strong experience with SQL - writing and interpreting complex SQL queries and functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot system defects and answer client questions using combination of front-end and back-end CC&B investigation.
- Strong documentation skills to help document test procedures and expedite defect resolution.
 
Strong Preference For:
- Experience working with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Ability to debug custom Java and COBOL programs to troubleshoot pre-implemented custom solutions.
 
Like to Have:
- Ability to program custom solutions in COBOL to meet new business requirements / change requests.
