Location : Westlake, TX
Duration : 06+months

Job Description:-
Hands on experience in routing script design and development using Composer and integration with external interfacesands on experience in Genesys.
Administrator/GAX in performing installation / Configuration and tuning.
Strong Knowledge on other Genesys framework Components and interfaces like Genesys WFM / iWS/CRM/recording.
