Position Title:             Technical Lead cum BA
Location:                     New York City, NY    

Duration:                     Long Contract 

 

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in retail industry
• Good communication skills & ability to closely interact and work with Business & Product Management teams
• Experience working on Ecommerce & well averse with ecommerce processes like Product Catalog, Promotions, Coupons, Checkout etc.
• Experience in requirement gathering, Preparing Business Requirements Documents & preparing Business Process Models, Use Cases, Gap Analysis, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Requirements Traceability Matrix etc.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall Project Methodology for Project development
• Thorough knowledge of Defect Life Cycle from bug logging, tracking, and resolving using tools QC and JIRA or similar in nature

 

Job Description:

• To finalize functional requirements| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion
• To develop technical solutions and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
• To prepare and submit status reports.
• To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
• To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

 

Additional requirement

To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards.
