Location: Indianapolis, IN

Once the solution is identified, you'll lead the development of the application, working hand in hand with our user experience designers. You are both business focused and tech savvy, which means you can easily communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, answer questions from customers, and provide efficient technical solutions to problems.

 

You keep up to date on emerging technologies by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

 

Our Must Have List

 

Experience with core Java (SE) and J2EE

SQL, relational databases, and data modeling

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with service-oriented architectures, XML, SOAP, REST

Ability to conduct and participate in peer code reviews

Proven experience writing high quality object-oriented code

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience working collaboratively with clients in the development process

Proven team leadership abilities

Experience with popular frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Struts, jQuery, etc.

Strong unit testing experience

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

 

Consulting Experience

Target Experience Levels:

7+ years with demonstrated experience mentoring and providing technical and architectural guidance to team members
