Job Description:

Experience with Cognos or similar business intelligence tool(s)
Experience in SCM services industry
The ability to facilitate and drive requirements gathering sessions. Demonstrated ability to collect, organize and document business requirements, i.e. translate the business requirements into a "how" solution
ITIL Experience (Change Management, Release Management, etc.)
Apply UML principles and techniques to create Use Case Diagrams, Use Cases and Activity diagrams for effective software implementation
Excellent communication skills including emails concepts & presentations skills, Good Analytical skills
Business process re-engineering. Logical and analytical reasoning
Develop system processing flows
Prepare documents and presentations for business and IT audiences
Actively coordinate and interview with Business users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze business needs, gather and document business and system requirements
Analyze business process, database and programming requirements of company to plan, develop, design, test and implement software programs for applications
Facilitate (group) document review sessions of authored artifacts
Business process re-engineering experience
Experience with requirement gathering tools, test tools, etc.
Understanding of Integration technologies which supports the business process
Expert in MS Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint for preparing documentation and presentations
Extensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having thorough understanding of various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing.
