Skill1 - Mortgages (L2)

Applied knowledge of Mortgage Space - 1. Appreciation of Lending domain 2.Worked on couple of projects involving mortgage products & services (e.g. First Mortgage, Heloc, Reverse Mortgage etc ..) 3. Worked on couple of projects involving mortgage industry processes (e.g. Origination, Servicing, Special Servicing etc..) 4. Awareness of mortgage industry specific regulatory enviornment and standards

Skill2 - Retail Banking (L3)

In depth knowledge of Retail Banking Space - 1. Worked on multiple projects involving retail banking products & services (e.g. Checking, Time Deposits, HSA etc ..) 2. Worked on multiple of projects involving retail banking processes (e.g. Account Opening, Clearing etc..) 3. Good knowledge of retail banking specific regulatory environment and standards 4. Have exposure to couple of retail banking core processing systems (e.g. Temenos, Misys etc..)
