Skills Required:
Oracle Apps ADF - Application Development Framework (L4)
Should know Java, J2EE, PL-SQL, Oracle Applications, AOL, D2K, Workflow andother Oracle Apps Technologies. More than 4 years of experience in OAF, PL-SQL,D2K and more than 7 years of IT experience with good supporting implementationknowledge of other oracle application technologies. Good communication skills amust. Good functional knowledge of the domain where the solution is beingimplemented is a must. Should have Excellent customer handling skills. Shouldbe able to analyse and understand complex business requirements and be able todesign a common solution employing host of technologies coupled with OAF, PLSQLand D2K Reports. Should be able to decompose complex tasks and assign them toproject team for effective implementation. Should be able to communicate withthe team members and customers effectively.
Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering fromcustomers, understand business need and articulate solutions. Negotiation,Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth ofthe organization. Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. Proactive approach towards generatingdownstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer.Account Mining to generate opportunities.
Theoretical Knowledge combined with some working experience Should be able towork comfortably on Jdeveloper Should have working knowledge of BPEL PMKnowledge of Database, FTP and File adapters Trained on core Java and J2EEconcepts and understands MVC A
Undestanding of all process flows Expert in 3-4 modules Know the setups andbusiness implications of the setups Design Solutions Experienced in SQL,PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher
Should be able to interact with the customer teams and document therequirements, propose high level conceptual design
