Mandatory Technical Skills	Overall 6+ years IT experience from a technical delivery background in middleware and SOA specifically on IBM IIB, IBM WebSphere Message broker and IBM MQ Series • Experience in System Integration, Technical Performance sizing, high availability aspects, Integration best practices, • Hands on experience of at least 2 integration projects in the last 3 years on IBM IIB/IBMWMB and MQ • Hands on experience on XML, XSLT mapping and usage of REST Web services (Java) and JSON • Hands on experience in SDLC processes & agile based development • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication; self-motivated, dynamic, team player, result driven, relationship builder, independent worker • Able to communicate technical and business information • Excellent interpersonal relation building skills • Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions • Must be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with prospective customers and make a difference • Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
Desirable Technical Skills	IBM IIB, IBM Websphere message Broker, IBM MQ Series,
Mandatory Functional Skills	•• Hands on experience of at least 2 integration projects in the last 3 years on IBM IIB/IBM MQ • Knowledge of integration patterns and the role of IBM Message Broker in integration • Hands on experience with IBM Integration Bus 10.0 or 9.0 MQ v8 is required and added advantage Message Broker v 8, and IBM WBI Adapters • Hand on coding experience that enable messaging, including XML, REST, JSON, JMS, HTTP and SSL • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to communicate technical and business information • Excellent interpersonal relation building skills • Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions • Must be able to Independently front-face meetings/discussions with prospective customers and make a difference
