Technical/Functional Skills
• SFDC Technical lead with minimum 5 years of SFDC development experience
Experience Required
• 5+ years of experience in salesforce.com platform.
• Experience in SFDC Development in implementing Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, Force.com IDE, SOQL and SOSL.
• Acquainted and well versed with CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support, Business Processes and recommended solutions to improve their processes using SFDC.
• Experience in realizing the business requirements to design on salesforce.com platform by designing the required entities like custom objects, creating the relationships/ junction objects like Master-Child, lookups, Entity Relationship data model, Pages, Classes, Interfaces, Workflows & Workflow rules, triggers, Email alerts and Business Logic.
• Experience in SFDC Integration using Web Service and Apex Programming, Salesforce.com.
• Proficient in Data Migration from Traditional Applications to Salesforce using Data Loader Utility.
• Controllers & Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Custom Tabs, Custom Objects, S-Controls, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards.
• Good soft skills & communication to work in team and communicate with customer
• Should possess development and administrator certification. Advanced developer certification is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide data to senior team members during consulting engagements.
• Create documents (eg pre consulting deck, recommendation deck etc) to be used during engagements.
• Analyze technology landscape, process, tools based on project objectives.
• Understand the functional and nonfunctional requirement.
• Collect nonfunctional requirements (such as response time, throughput numbers, user load, etc) through discussions with SMEs, business users.
• Prepare low level design and common frameworks.
• Identify and conduct design of complex subcomponents /module in collaboration with project team, architects and client SME.
• Present the detailed design documents to relevant stakeholders and seek feedback.
• Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance from the Application Architect.
Generic Managerial Skills
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility for on-call to facilitate discussions with offshore team and business.
• Rapid Sprint/deliverable planning abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analysis skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
• Ability to seamless integrate work with third party library/web service owners
