Business Analyst

Groton - CT

3 month to hire

 

Job description:

Business analyst would work with Project Manager learning groups to use learning activity inventories in legacy LMSs to determine and document the requirements for the disposition of each. They will also work to facilitate the readiness of and the movement of content. They will be responsible for the SDLC Data Migration Plan documents for each LMS (currently 4). They will support the PM in a project coordinator capacity, as well as support data migration testing activities as needed.

 

Skills Required:

·         SDLC

·         Data migration experience

·         LMS experience – Preferably TotalLMS (SumTotal)

·         Pharma experience

·         Excellent time management

·         Excellent MS Word and MS Outlook

·         Data analysis skills – MS Excel, Access, etc.

·         Understanding of database principals, TOAD, Oracle

·         Business customer interactions – in a lead/solo position
