Job Title | Performance Monitoring and Control Lead |
Relevant Experience (in Yrs) | 8-10 |
Technical/Functional Skills | DynaTrace, Gomez and DcRum tool knowledge is very mandatory need. |
Experience Required | 6-8 Yrs |
Roles & Responsibilities | Support the tools, fix issues with Admin controls of the tools, provide .net architectural changes based on the reports from the tools. Maintenance and Support of the above said tools. |
Generic Managerial Skills | Need good communication skills, need to interact with many other Maintenance and Support teams who utilize these tools for production support. Need to manage a strong offshore team. |
Duration of assignment (in Months) | 12 months |
