Delphi Developer with Grocery experience

Mid/Sr Developer: Delphi resource, mid-tier or higher Delphi programmer that can read and interpret Delphi code to create functional requirements for the Java programmers. Preferably someone with experience in grocery, more specifically convenience store retail if possible. Would suggest should have a strong working understanding of Delphi, hyperthreading and device interaction in Delphi. Java experience would also be of benefit, as the end result of this effort needs to be interaction with the Java development team. A strong enough retail background to make recommendations on the way specific processes are implemented or recommendations based on experience and business practices that may be overlooked in the existing system would be beneficial.
