Position:    Business Analyst (Migrations)

Location:    Armonk, NY
Duration:    8+ Months

Job Description:

Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis with migration experience and strong SQL/Oracle skills
Technical/Functional Skills	·                Experience in developing Use Case Models and Test case preparation ·                Strong/Excellent SQL/Oracle skills ·                Migration experience ·                Knows business analysis concepts - how business requirements gathering is done for an application from scratch, use cases, various standard documentation
Experience Required	Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis with migration experience and strong SQL/Oracle skills
Roles & Responsibilities	Senior Business Analyst Lead activities with business subject matter experts, leadership, and vendors to identify, analyze and document system functional requirements and/or system technical requirements. Validate requirement completeness and accuracy and obtain business and project team sign-off Support change control process, business case creation, and validation of effort estimation Supporting day-to-day issues as well as new pieces of work
Generic Managerial Skills	·                Able to plan/track tasks/activities ·                Report progress/challenges to Project Manager ·                Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills ·                Leadership skills
