Must Haves:  

5+ years in an analyst role (business analyst, systems analyst, business systems analyst)  

3+ years' experience writing design specifications working with the business – working very closely with development team 

microsoft suite (powerpoint/excel)

SQL - queries (working with ETL data stage)

development background 

batch processing
