(g) ALE/IDOC

(h) Smartforms

(i) Adobe forms

•               Handle break fix / service restoration support tickets for ABAP

•               Prepare weekly and monthly status reports

•               Assist to drive problem management and root cause solutions for repeated issues. Coordinate issue resolution with team as technical lead
