Role: PeopleSoft HCM –TAM Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience : 5+ years in PS HCM

Location: Jersey City, NJ

 

Job Description:

 

As a HCM PeopleSoft Techno-Functional expert, you will responsible for gathering, technical analysis, design, unit testing, coding, configuration management, system documentation, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining production applications, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway systems. The ideal candidate must pay close attention to detail and follow best practices to ensure our product maintains the highest quality using Agile methodology. The qualified candidate should be capable of analyzing business processes, communicating through verbal,  written channels, and detailed data analysis. The qualified candidate will contribute as a team player and show an appropriate sense of urgency. The candidate will produce well documented code, and contributing as a team member.  The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, take ownership of their work and is expected to design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code in a timely manner. 

 

 

 Candidate Qualifications :

 

•        PeopleSoft HCM 9.0/9.1 Techno-functional resource.

•        A minimum of 5 with experience in PeopleSoft development

•        Expertise and hands on experience in HCM modules like Talent acquisition management and Candidate Gateway

•        Knowledge of PeopleSoft V9.0 or higher is preferred

•        Experience with PeopleTools 8.50 or higher is must

•        The candidate must have sound technical knowledge of PeopleCode, Application engine, Component Interface, Integration broker, Application workflow Engine (AWE),PeopleSoft Web Services, XML Publisher, PS Query

•        Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

•        Ability to act independently while also communicating and collaborating with others is required

•        Experience with STAT ticketing application is required

•        Critical thinking and problem solving skills is a must
