UCCE 10.5 Expert Description:
The candidate should be UCCE 10.5 expert on the Contact Center. He would be responsible for technical troubleshooting of complex solutions, system designs, organizing and driving cross-functional teams in the execution of solutions for select, strategic customer opportunities.
Role requires a blend of technical prowess, project management, situation management, and communication skills. Requires ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex and mission critical system problems with the top priority of making the customer whole.
Skills Preferred:
Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication product sets including the design and deployment of Cisco Contact Center solutions networks.
Knowledge of and sustained expertise with relevant Contact Center technologies (examples include: ACD, CTI, Outbound/Predictive Dialing).
Cisco Certifications CCNA, CCVP or CCIE Voice is beneficial but not required.
Domain knowledge: 1) IP Telephony 2) Contact Center and Telecom experience
Work closely with cross-functional project teams, Cisco sales Account Teams, Technical Services, professional service teams (delivery teams) to help identify, clarify and resolve critical issues encountered on customer opportunities.
Has the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve project issues.
