Strong cloud knowledge and how to administer all moving parts
Very strong skill in scripting - shell/Perl/python/php/java script
Strong Linux administration skills
Apache Administration
Weblogic Administration
Tomcat/JBOSS Administration
Basic skill in certificate Management
JVM Thread dump analysis skill
Core dump analysis skill
Load testing scripts using any opensource tool (example jmeter)
Java  coding - basic skill
Oracle (or any other DB) sql & pl/sql - basic skill
Nice to have skill set - puppet/docker
