Title: SAP CRM Functional -  Service Expert Management 
Location:Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12+ Months 

Details:


Minimum 6+ Years of IT experience as SAP CRM functional consultant preferably in implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects  
4+ Years of experience in SAP CRM Service 
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. 
Excellent understanding in all areas of SAP CRM Service business processes and configuration. 
Excellent knowledge in SAP CRM Master Data and Middleware  
Experience in at least 2 SAP CRM 7.0 Full Life Cycle Implementation Projects
Experience in gathering the business requirements, GAP analysis, Prototyping the solutions, Configuration, Documenting functional specifications, mapping the interfaces, custom reports development. 
Web UI Configuration 
Experience in either Manufacturing or Telecom CRM Processes
Experience in Test Scripts preparation and execution  
Data Migration solution design. l. ABAP and Debugging. 
SAP CRM Sales and Marketing.
