Duration: 12+ Months
Few Pointers:
· Looking for 14+ years of experience ..
· Must be Techno-Functional (60% technical and 40% Functional)
· PeopleSoft HRMS
· 14+ years of IT Experience
· Experienced in managing PeopleSoft production support programs
· Techno functional resource with expertise in Peoplesoft HRMS modules
· Liaison between Business users & Technical team to implement business requirements
· Prior experience in managing offshore team
· Excellent Communication & presentation skills "
In general, the points above go in line with the desired skillset of the candidate for that position. I would definitely stress that the candidate should have strong prior experience in managing combination of onshore and offshore resources and have to be able to easily deal with the end users including meetings and presentations.
Also, Peoplesoft HRMS modules statement is a bit generic. We need experience with:
· Core HR
· ePerformance
· Succession Planning
· Talent Acquisition Management (recruiting),
· Benefits,
· Payroll,
· Payroll to GL Integration.
