Technical Lead Job Description

We are looking for a strong IT Technical Lead with experience in Oracle Applications Support and Implementations in R12 and R11i. 

must have excellent customer focus, relationship management, and stakeholder management capability.

SKILLS AND EXPERERIENCE REQURIED

·         Oracle Financials Support / implementation experience required, should have worked as techno-functional consultant in the area of Oracle AP, AR, GL

·         Experience working with complex integrated environments

·         Strong technical and analytical skills with experience applying them to complex projects.

·         Min 7 yrs experience in Oracle EBS technical skills in Forms, PL / SQL, Reports, Unix shell script in Oracle apps 11i and R12

·         Ability to ensure compliance with standards and processes.

·         Experience working with a geographically dispersed project team and coordinating work with an offshore team. (for onsite subcon)

·          Eye for detail with skills to analyse existing processes and make recommendations for future improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Daily user tickets monitoring and resolutions,  monitoring data integrations and reconciliations

·         Coordinate with Business and other support teams for issue resolutions

·         Collaborate with business and functional partners to processes are followed line with Cummins standards.

·         Coordinate with offshore team

·         Creating and maintaining documentation to facilitate transition.
