Position:  Oracle HRMS Technical Lead

Location:  Columbus, IN

Duration:  6+ month Contract    

 

Required:

Responsibilities : Work directly with HR IT Project Manager of OneSource Implementation Program for various IT aspects but not limited to
• Participate in the high level requirements discussion
• Provide high level requirements estimation input to team
• Analyse the existing systems (legacy) and document the existing systems including interfaces
• Analyse the legacy systems for data conversion
• Legacy system and Oracle HRMS (OneSource) fields mapping for data conversion
• Functional requirement document preparation for data conversion/ interfaces/ reports/ forms
• Solution development for missing data from employees if required
• Develop the conversion programs
• Prepare the technical design document
• Complete the developments and unit testing
• Extract the data from legacy systems, data cleaning, load into Oracle HRMS (OneSource), validate the data and fix any issues
• Provide status update to HR IT Project Manager
• Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (C&I 11 step process) for requirements, technical design, development and testing etc
• Coordinate with various teams (PM, Business, OneSource Super Users, OneSource Support team, CMI Systems Owners/ technical/ functional/ etc) for various tasks such as requirements, development, testing etc related to interfaces and other extensions.
• Prepare the future architecture document
• Participate CRPs/UATs and fix any issues
• Create and follow-up with Oracle for Oracle SR's
• Coordinate with DBA's for any patches/ migrations/ reviews
• Support existing interfaces for enhancements/issues/etc
• Infant care support

• Oracle Applications HRMS Modules - Technical and Functional knowledge
• Preferred previous OneSource implementation experience
• Preferred previous Oracle HRMS to Payroll Interface development experience
