Role : Embedded/ Software Engineer

Location : Cleveland, Ohio

Start Date: Next week

Mandatory: Embedded Software/C, C++, VxWorks

Responsibilities

¦Deliver enhancements to the MRIdian radiation therapy controller software, supporting the patient setup, imaging, and treatment workflows.

¦Work with a multi-faceted development team to design and implement new system features, integrating into a large capital equipment system.

¦Assist in end-to-end development of Windows applications that will interface with the embedded systems for quality assurance, service and physics needs on the MRIdian System.

¦Deliver requirement, design, and test documentation as appropriate for an FDA-regulated medical device, as well as execute unit testing for product enhancements introduced.

¦Participate in peer design and code reviews with other software engineers.

¦Work with QA and applications teams to investigate relevant software defects and customer inquiries from clinical treatment centers.

¦Provide second tier support (phone, and occasional on-site when required) for field service engineering and customer applications support teams.

¦Adhere to all View Ray quality policies.
