Required Skills:

·         4+ years of experience working with SAP Business Objects reporting suite

·         Creating universes using Universe Design Tool

·         Create reports using BI Launch Pad and/or Web Intelligence Rich Client

·         Strong SQL Knowledge

·         Relational Database or BI Database structures knowledge

 

Preferred skills, but not required:

·         Experience working with Oracle and DB2

·         Experience working with Informatica and/or OBIEE is a plus

·         Experience working in Agile teams is a plus

 

Non-Technical Skills:

·         Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products

·         Must have basic planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills. 

·         Must be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality. 

·         Basic leadership skills
