Minimum educational requirements: (Include justification for degree status)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (necessary to develop self-direction, writing ability, critical thinking, and foundations of programming and software delivery fundamentals).

§ Significant business and technical experience will be considered.

Minimum training requirements:

§ Formal education in at least one of the following areas:

o Software Quality Assurance

o Software Testing

 

Minimum experience requirements:

5-7 years Test planning, documentation, and execution.

1-2 years experience in project management

Extensive knowledge in systems development lifecycle methodologies, test structures, risk and control in software development methods

Experience in test automation preferred

Experience managing software quality assurance for solution projects that have a budget of at least $100,000.

Cross technical project management experience. Working with cross-technical project teams to develop "end to end" solutions options and recommendations and leading cross technical projects to successful delivery.
