Job Title: Sr. Teradata Developer (ETL)
Location: Denver, CO

Core skills
• Extensive Teradata and BTEQ (Basic Teradata Query) Scripts
• Have knowledge and exposed to Informatica
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with business requirements and will act as a business/technical analyst to identify and understand source data systems.
- Create and maintain standard development life cycle documentation as part of all development project tasks.
- Used the fast Export, Multi Load utilities of Teradata.
- Extensively wrote BTEQ scripts in Teradata
- Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirements.
- Performance tune new/existing programs that load data into the data warehouse and act as the technical resource for the data warehouse team.
- Map source system data to data warehouse models, meet with Technical Architects, Data Modelers and DBAs to review design strategies for new ETL processes.
- Strong technical analytical skills and an ability to provide creative solutions to problems.
- Participate in certain aspects of business user consulting, system analysis, and general system designs.
