Role	Web Applications Developer/Technology Lead
Job Responsibilities	Lead the requirements gathering on User Interface Enhancements Should be able to suggest intuitive and creative user interface features and Enhancements. Ability to Design, develop and rollout Web Applications with Consideration to Performance Implications Accountable for quality & completeness of Web Application Delivery
Technical skills required	At least 3 full lifecycle rollout of Web Applications Excellent Knowledge in Backbone & Marionette.js including HTML5 CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI , media query, underscore.js require.js etc Exposure to JQuery Mobile will be added advantage. Exposure to core and advanced Java technologies Exposure to browser compatibility in web designing. Excellent Technically and should be able to resolve issues very well independently Good  presentation skills Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies
Behavioral skills required	Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility Self-starter and attitude to learn new technology and good interpersonal skills
Desirable technical/behavioral skills	At least 5+ years of exposure to end to end Web Applications development and UI Enhancements Desirable 4-5 complete lifecycles experience in Web Applications Projects in any industry
Typical level of experience	5+ years of relevant experience
Education	Degree preferred from a premier institute with good academic record.
