Job Title: Ruby Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Responsibilities:
· Should have 5-7 years of development experience
· Expert understanding with Object Oriented Development.
· Experience in developing using Ruby, Ruby on Rails or Sinatra; Java development a plus
· Good experience in REST API development.
· Should be following TDD/BDD for application development.
· Should have experience in developing test scripts using RSPEC, cucumber or any other testing frameworks.
· Scripting expertise in Perl, Shell or other scripting languages is an added advantage Must be using Git / Mercurial / SVN code version system in day to day development.
· Good to have various integration tools such as CI(Jenkins/Hudson), uDeploy, uRelease and deployment experience. Should have experience in Agile methodology.
