Position: SQL Server Developer
Location: Richardson, TX (Dallas Area Only)
Duration: 12+ months.
Job Requirement:
Healthcare experience is a huge plus. ICD-10 experience is a huge plus.
Instant Technology is currently seeking a SQL Server Database Developer for an opportunity in Richardson, TX. This position provide technical support in developing and maintaining database applications, with a primary focus on complex SQL joins, data cleansing, data extracting, data conversation and data integration; working with business and IT lead to determine business and functional requirements and identify solutions to resolve those needs. This role will also be heavily involved in data analysis, extensive utilization of SSIS for data transformation and loading of data. This role also requires a strong understanding of data modeling concepts; and the ability to understand and work with complex data models, and physical database tables.0
Other Duties & Skills Include:
Solid experience creating new data models or additions, writing SSIS packages
Expert level knowledge of SQL programming
High proficiency with stored procedure development
Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas, and then designs, develops, amends, optimizes, and certifies database schema design to meet systems requirements
Develop database and warehousing designs across multiple platforms and computing environments
Work with system administrators and use data dictionary software packages to ensure data integrity and security
Recover corrupted data and eliminate data redundancy
Use tuning tools to improve database performance
Work with the application development teams, focusing on the back-end portion of data storage considerations and performance considerations for application systems being developed
