Position::Demand Management Analyst

Location::Dublin, OH     

Duration::1+ Year

 

Skills required:-

 

·         Investigate various firmwide and vendor-managed demand management systems and document the pros/cons.  Build out a recommendation to present to Senior Management.

·         Once demand management system is identified, develop processes and procedures for onboarding

Ø  LOB functional areas

Ø  Infrastructure Support

Ø  Non Functional Testing

Ø  Functional Testing

Ø  Operate

·         Refine and mature capacity and demand models.

·         Identify a prioritization process encompassing various LOB partners.

·         Build a demand process that supports the annual budgeting event including standardized reports.

·         Provide oversight and prioritization for net new project requests.

·         Define process for supporting change requests to existing projects.

·         Facilitate Demand/Governance forums.
