Licencing Business Analyst 5

A business analyst is needed by the Department of Professional Licensing to evaluate the current system, capture requirements and include in an RFP for a new system to be purchased through a third party vendor. The current licensing environment consists of 7 different systems that were created individually. The new system will contain combined functionality to cover the 7 different types of professions covered by the licensing product.
The successful candidate must have experience with the following:
- writing an RFP to purchase a system from an external vendor
- experience conducting 3rd party vendor evaluation and selection
- implementation of a 3rd party system
- analyze and gather requirements from an existing system
- perform GAP analysis from system for an 'as is' state and document the additional requirements
- Ability to query SQL Server to view data and perform data analysis
- perform data mapping and data scrubbing
- identify data integrity issues
- write test cases and test scripts to test the new system
