Job Description:
· Exchange Server, Unified Messaging and Collaboration Technologies
· Consulting experience in Design, deploy and migrate MS OCS 2007/Lync 2010 systems to Lync 2013.
· Consulting & Architectural experience in Design, deploy and migrate MS Exchange 2003, 2007 to 2010 or 2013.
· Strong knowledge in deploying Microsoft Lync 2010 & 2013 Enterprise Voice functionality.
· Good understanding on deploying and configuration of the MS Threat Management Gateway solution as a reverse proxy and hardware load balancer for Lync Infrastructure.
· Good experience in management and enhancing the quality, reliability, capacity, performance of Lync Enterprise Voice functionality.
· Integration with the Legacy OCS pools.
· Integration of Lync Edge services (Federation, Web Conferencing, and Mobile Collaboration)
· Good Lync Troubleshooting with Snooper.
· Configuring Lync Dial Plans on Lync servers.
· Media Gateway Integration
· Experience implementing SIP Trunks and PRI
· Traditional PBX and IP PBX experience is an advantage.
· Strong Active Directory skills are a plus.
· Practical experience in implementing the Exchange and Unified messaging upgrade projects is a must.
