Position: SAP ABAP Developer

Remote Position

Duration: 9 Months

 

SAP ABAP Developer

• Design/create the technical requirements of the SAP Sales & Distribution & Finance & Accounting implementation, as well as enhancements to the SAP system and development of objects
• Research and develop solutions within the SAP environment according to defined business requirements from business experts
• Complete the programming and development of the SAP technical requirements using ABAP coding
• Generate program code of application components to specifications using applicable technology standards and industry best-practices
• Assist in resolving issues during the user-acceptance testing process
• Operate as an internal technical expert on ABAP development
• Provide basic training/knowledge transfer to other development team members on ABAP, SAP technical requirements and programming best-practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Must have ABAP ALV Report Development Experience in FI, SD & MM Modules
• Must have at least 3+ years of experience of ABAP programming language and object oriented programming
• Must have an in-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must work well with minimal supervision, delivering results under pressure
• Must be able to work within a fast-paced  and team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of multiple versions of ABAP/JAVA stacks is a plus
• Experience with ABAP objects, reporting, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms,  Performance Tuning will be plus

 

REQUIREMENT DETAILS:

Position: SAP BW Front End Developer

Remote Position

Duration: 9 Months

 

SAP BW Front-End Developer

• Design and develop BW queries using BEx Analyzer
• Design and develop BI Reports using Business Objects reporting Tools(Analysis & Dashboards)
• Comprehensive front-end BEx reporting (query, workbook design)
• Basic VBA experience & excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel functions
• Responsible for immediate SAP production issues
• Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, technical business users and business analysts
• Work with business owners to define and analyze reporting and analytic requirement.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer and technical implementation of SAP BW

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent is required (Technical degree preferred)
• 5  to 7 years of relevant experience required including 4 to 6 years of SAP BEx Analyzer,
• Experience in ABAP – understanding BADI's in BPC and routines in BW/BI.
• Knowledge of the SAP R/3 FI/CO modules is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be comfortable client interfacing
• Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting process.
