Position: Functional Oracle Core HR and Benefits Business Analyst

Duration: 6++ months
seeking a Functional Oracle Core HR and Benefits Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract in Boston, MA. Our client needs an HR Functional resource for an employee conversion project related to an acquisition that was completed in March of this year. It involved HR and Benefits, Advanced Benefits, Oracle 11i with multiple implementations including international. The primary responsibilities would focus for the first 3 months on converting approximately 2,000 US employees into Oracle. The second 3 months would focus on approximately 3,500 in Ireland. The first couple weeks of the engagement the resource will be utilized as a business analyst and work on day-to-day issues relating to Oracle as well as begin the process of integrating with the business. The client has Core HR and limited OAB with self-service. Self-Service is mainly used for Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment is in October for US employees and the conversion should be completed prior to this time frame so the converted employees can enroll in benefits.
Must have:
9+ years of Core Oracle HRMS Consulting experience
Demonstrable experience with Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB)
Demonstrable experience with Oracle Self Service
Recent & Relevant experience with conversion projects
Recent & relevant experience with international projects
Experience with Oracle 11.5.10 and R12
