Responsibilities:
• To participate actively in the implementation of the Instruments Oracle ERP project in the specific area of competency (Logistics and distributions applications)
• Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation
• To conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements
• Ensure the integration between the project team, Support team and the business community
• Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollout
• Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
• Ensure processes consistency
• Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within logistics process area
• Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation
• Participate in status review meetings with business and IT teams and provide timely feedback
• To communicate the functional and process requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.
• To run functional, integration and solution acceptance testing Job requirement
• MSc/BSc degree in Business or IT Experience
• Recent Inventory and Oracle Warehouse Management experience of at least one full circle implementation OR At least one full circle project of experience integrating Oracle with systems of a 3pl provider
• Knowledge of Oracle MSCA applications
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Oracle EBS systems implementation activities (upgrades, new implementations and rollouts)
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of ERP in the Supply Chain area, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing areas are a must

• Oracle e-Business R12 suite experience in a large distribution business
• Excellent understanding of the main business functions in large-scale companies
• Good leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Flexibility, availability and ability to travel
• Positive attitude
• Know how to motivate and engage the team
• Responsibility, accountability, authority, credibility, and integrity
• Intercultural awareness Plus
• Experience in international / medical companies
• Experience in change management
