PRO*C Developer
Englewood CO
Duration: 12 +Months Contract

 

The Sr SW Systems Engineer will perform development functions in association with industry standard SDLC from Requirements gathering through Development, Implementation, and support. 

 

Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or a minimum of 5 years’ experience is required
A minimum of 5 years of software development experience
5 years’ Experience with Pro*C
Experience with Oracle Forms (desired)
Experience with JAVA/J2EE programming (desired – but NOT required)
Experience with a relational database query language such as Oracle SQL PL/SQL
UNIX (Solaris)
Shell Programming (C-shell, KORN Shell) and PERL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Design experience
 
Responsibilities:
Follows SDLC as key portions of the software development lifecycle
The majority of this role will concentrate on development and support of functionality within the core applications for the FASCore retirement plan record keeping system
Must be willing to participate in team production support on-call responsibilities as well as development on team maintenance tasks.
