Position: Hadoop Cassandra 2.0. Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 months

 

Client is creating a solution based on Cassandra to locally store many of the LIVE data such as Inventory, price, Lists, Product Descriptions etc.       

This repository would be maintained in multiple locations, data centers.        

All these repositories would be replicated in real time.        

Business will have capabilities to make real time changes to these data elements which are identified.        

These data elements would be exposed to consumers such as .com, Mobile Web, Mobile apps etc through services.

Need Cassandra expertise (2 years), good knowledge on version 2.0.

Experience in creating data models for real time applications with

huge data volume

very high TPS and

low latency.

Also J2EE, Spring MVC framework experience.
