A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a  .Net Lead Developer to join our team in Seattle, WA.

Project/Job Description : Onsite lead/coordinator
Looking for an onsite coordinator to help lead the development of cutting edge Agency Campaign Tools for the leading Advertising Platform Company. Their tools and services handle and serve billions of ads per day. The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with offshore team. We are looking for someone who wants to explore new technologies and lead development of new features.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Product & Program Management to develop a strong understanding of product
- Will participate in development of product with the team at onsite
- Lead/coordinate with the offshore team in designing and developing new features of web, desktop, and API tools and services.
 
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Should have 6+ years of .NET experience and overall 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Agile methodology and Extreme programming will be used by customer. So experience in this area will be an added advantage. Should be well aware of concepts in case of no prior experience.
- Should have some team leading experience. Prior Offshore coordination experience will be preferred.
- Object oriented concepts should be clear along with design patterns usage.
- Designing and developing new features of our web, desktop, and API tools and services.
- Experience in building publicly facing web services.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, and share that knowledge with the team.
- Very good communication skills
 
Technical Skills:
- Languages/Frameworks: C#, .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0, SQL, LINQ, ADO .NET, WCF,  MVC, ASP, AJAX, Rhino Mock 3.6, NuGet, PowerShell
- Databases/Platforms: SQL Server 2005/2008
- Tools/Technologies: Visual Studio 2003/2008/2010, FxCop, MsTest/NUnit, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visio, Web Services, MS Office, MS Project
